This morning started early and in only an hour and a half has covered a lot of ground. Most of the time was devoted to watching Eli Goldratt’s final public appearance, a one hour speech before an audience in Baltimore, Maryland on April 14, 2011. The video is available free at TOC.tv. In the second portion of the morning we will be challenged to work through the process I posted yesterday, with the giant of Critical Chain Project Management replaced with the giant of TOC itself. This is going to be a fascinating day.
