I admit it. I work myself too hard, often to the point of exhaustion. I know I don’t function my best when I’m exhausted, but I often enough don’t let up until I get close to the edge of collapse. This weekend I throttled myself back, working hard on Saturday and relaxing on Sunday.
We should all remember that we can’t go full speed all the time.
Allow yourself those moments to relax, refresh and recharge. Then, you’ll be ready to drive harder the next day.
