Nice pictures April! I think you can tie this back to extrinsic vs intrisic motiviation. People who rely on external motivation are driven by the clock. People who are internally motivated are driven by the compass. The compass being the contribution they want to make or the legacy they want to leave… The compass is your way of life goals.
