Today I had the honor of receiving a Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award from Captain Mark Whitney, Commander, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF).  The award includes a medal, certificate, citation and lapel pin.  The citation read:  Commander Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Presents NAVY MERITORIOUS CIVILIAN
