Don’t let yourself be overrun

Many of us who are driving change sort of people are of a helpful nature.

We love to make things happen, and sometimes people take advantage of our generosity.

Not once, but twice today I had to mention an old post of mine, The Feedback Hook, to describe how they could get themselves out of the hole of giving more just because someone asked for more.

If you’re ever burned out by all the people who seem to have plenty of ideas for what more you could do for them, consider using the feedback hook to allow them an opportunity to serve with you instead of just be served by you.
