This week I’ll be live blogging the Theory of Constraints International Certification Conference (TOCICO) from Palisades, New York. I hope you enjoy the updates.
We’ve finished the first session of the morning, a tribute to the memory of Eli Goldratt and an introduction to the topics that he planned to present to us during the two day upgrade session that he has traditionally led at the previous TOCICO conferences.
The key portion of the first session was that TOC has four pillars: Inherent Simplicity, Every Conflict Can Be Removed, People Are Good and Never Say “I KNOW.” TOC has previously tackled the first three pillars, but now will take on the last, Never Say “I KNOW.” I’m excited to see what they’ll share.
Back to the session. More to follow.
