I talked all day.
From 7:20 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. I talked. It was the first of two #GCDrive make-up sessions. We crammed three days of content into one day and found it cheerfully compacted but still coherent. I say we, speaking for myself and the seven others, because we all seemed to be nodding together at the end. I find nodding is a good, basic sign of consensus.
From 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. I talked. Rob McGowan and I finally got to meet and swap change management stories. I say finally because we’ve been planning this meeting for months. Big thanks to Joe Bradley for creating the connection.
From 8:00 to 8:45 p.m. I talked. I read books to my little ones. I love that time even after a whole day of talking. I can always talk a little bit more for them.
Spreading a message, making a connection, and showing love all require talking.
For those things I will talk all day.
And, then I will go to sleep so I can do it all again tomorrow.
How about you?
Are you willing to talk all day to spread your message, make connections, or show your love?
I bet you are.
Why not try?
