My trip to Wisconsin to attend my grandfather’s funeral has made me nostalgic for all things Wisconsin, from cheese curds to deer hunting to Lutheran jokes to Vince Lombardi. Now, I should note that my grandfather was a Viking’s fan, so he wouldn’t approve of a Packer’s coach quote. Oh well. I loved him anyway.
