If you’re local to the Seattle area and you want to check out a new presentation I’m putting together, then join me and the members of the Seattle and Eastside Area Software Process Improvement Network (or SeaSpin for short) at their December 4th meeting in Bothell.
The presentation is titled “Engine for Change: Quick tips to refuel any project and drive it across the finish line”
The syllabus reads: Though we want our projects to succeed, we often rely on behaviors that actually drive our projects to fail. Learn how you can immediately improve your project’s chances of succeeding. Take home tips you can implement on your own in your projects right away. This presentation will be part lecture and part discussion, so bring your real-life project stories and frustrations and we’ll troubleshoot as many projects as possible.
If you’re local to Bremerton and want to ride over to the presentation with me, I’m happy to pile you into my old beat up van for the trek around the water. It should be a fun night of networking and discussion.
Thanks to Jeff Smith for inviting me to speak and to Steve Holt (@skholt) for introducing me to Jeff.
